Summary: We had a wonderful time in Urbana. The house was set up with everything we might need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed kayaking in the creek every day. The view from the dock was absolutely beautiful.

Summary: This home was just amazing with great views, amenities, and was super clean. Home is very private and in a beautiful setting with not a bad view in the entire house. The house was super clean and inviting. Sitting by the pool and out on the boat dock watching blue herons and other birdlife was so peaceful. There is plenty of grass area to walk the dog. The home owner provided well written instructions for using items in the house. All appliances worked and all areas were well lit. The host, Kim, was so pleasant to deal with in making sure we were comfortable and answer any questions that we had. She even called us to let us know the house would be ready prior to the arrival time if we wanted to check in early. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. and the kitchen ware was plentiful in great condition. This is a well planned home with great seating areas in the sun room and living room and the kitchen table with the water views were very nice. We came to relax, and this home certainly fit the bill.

Summary: We loved our stay at Heron's Hideaway. The house was immaculately clean. The host provided lots of accommodations - plenty of clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap, pool towels, etc. Kim was great to work with and responded to all of our communication immediately. The house is a perfect spot to camp out and relax. We visited a couple small beaches within an hour of the house, and Williamsburg but could easily see staying at the house the whole time between the pool, dock, and kayaks.

Summary: Wonderful property on a picture of Creek in Urbanna, Virginia. We enjoyed our entire weekend thoroughly for oyster festival. The house is immaculate and well appointed and the beds were very comfortable and you can tell the owners put a lot of sweat equity into their renovations. We will be back!
