Positive: Cleanliness, ease of contacting the friendly owner, location, fireplace in bedroom, beautiful yard and lovely porch that overlooked the river and it was well equipped.

Negative: The cost of the cleaning fee was unreasonable high and the nonrefundable damage fee was extremely high – if there were no damages, you still don’t get the money back. The place was spotless when we left/ if didn’t matter.
