Summary: The beds are comfortable and clean. The cleaners stopped by to remove dead bugs and supply fresh towels when they saw car in the driveway. It slipped their mind on what day it was. Obviously an oversite. The basement bedroom really wasn’t usable do to the strong musty small. This property could use a little TLC and is starting to show its age. Kitchen could use a few items like more cups, measuring cups and so on. The management company was very quick in responding to items of concern and requests. Beds are comfy and overall ok. Just needs some TLC

Summary: Our recent stay at the 715 Shoreline Drive property, in Sunset, NC was quite disappointing. Although the older home was beautiful it became evident that maintenance was not a priority here when we pulled into the driveway. Let's start with the pests. Large cockroaches greeted us on the front porch...lots of them. Next, we had ants, which seemed to have made themselves at home long before we arrived. The kitchen had many ants, making food preparation an unsettling experience. As if that wasn't enough, the sight of large cockroaches scurrying across the floors was truly unsettling. The older home also had a musty odor which a few cleaning products could have helped with immensely. The kitchen was missing small things like, dish towels, and measuring cups. The stove was not cleaned before our arrival. Bath towels were limited and there were not enough towels for everyone in our party; nor were there any additional towels in storage, as indicated. After stripping down the pillows we discovered a pillow with what appeared to be blood stains. This was not only unsanitary but also deeply disturbing. It made us question the overall hygiene standards of the property and left us feeling extremely uncomfortable. Our experience at the property was marred by cleanliness issues that significantly impacted our comfort and peace of mind. For the cost, maintenance needs to be better!

Summary: The house is spacious and has plenty of potential but the lack of maintenance and overall reinvestment makes it a bit of a bad deal for renters. Here are some issues that keep this from getting a not so good review: - issue with the VRBO advertisement not disclosing that boat lift is not accessible for boating - uncomfortable mattresses ( some 10 years old with hole in the middle) - noisy toilet in the master bedroom - minimalistic bedroom in the basement - HVAC returns filthy - refrigerator in laundry room not functional

Summary: the house was great, esp. the common areas forever grateful for you getting my soiled clothes and sending them to me, Above and beyond kindness..Young people enjoyed the beach and beds were comfy. enjoyed the pier and the canal. all had a good time.

Summary: Great weekend, perfect spot and was able to enjoy the spacious backyard! View of the water, beautiful boats off the pier, and quiet yet active setting along Shoreline! Perfect for golf trips etc! Will be booking again on near future! Oh and the Host were very nice, responded quickly via text with any answers to questions and or concerns!
