Sunset Beach was ranked number 4 on National Geographic’s “21 BEST BEACHES IN THE WORLD" in 2017!
Our spacious two bedroom, two bath, first floor villa is a home away from home (1262 sq ft). We love spending time there and we hope you will too. It sits on the 10th fairway on the Willard Byrd Golf Course (one of 3 courses) at Sea Trail Golf Resort. You can simply walk to the Sea Trail Convention Center, the Jones/Byrd Clubhouse, Bistro 55 and Sunset Prime restaurant. You can sit on the screened porch and watch the golfers tee off and putt. The sunrise from the porch is absolutely lovely and makes your whole day happy. The Champions are the only units at Sea Trail resort to have their own pool, which is just a few steps outside the front door. Parking is immediately in front of the building as well.
The condo, with its unique floor plan, has enough space that everyone can have their private time. The main villa has the master bedroom (2 full beds) with television, full bath, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room with television. The screened porch has a table for 4 with a ceiling fan and a charcoal grill and access to the lawn. The mini suite can be closed off for privacy and also includes an external entrance. It has its own thermostat. There are two full bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchenette (w/full refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and sink), a TV with sitting area. There is a table for two and also a desk if you need to work remotely. The desk setup includes a monitor and wireless apple keyboard as well as a printer.
High thread count sheets and supima cotton towels are included. There is an extra large open beach tote and beach towels as well as a collapsible cooler. We have a large capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked should you wish to cook and is equipped to meet the needs of long term guests to include some pantry items,.
*ONLY the Champions condos have their own pool. Rates are inclusive of the pool which has a kiddie pool as well as a picnic and game area; all just steps from the condo.
*There is NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE.
*We have contactless entry with a property host in Sea Trail.
*Sunset Beach is a short 5 minute drive.
*There are 3 golf courses in the neighborhood
Sea Trail Resort is 2,000 acres and is home to three, top-rated golf courses. Exiting the southern entrance it is only a mile to the island via a bridge over the intercoastal waterway (ICW). Sunset Beach is a small barrier island only 3 miles long and is known for it's amazing sunsets. The island is full of cottages and small businesses. There are no buildings taller than three stories. There is a pier. You can walk from Sunset Beach to Bird Island (bird sanctuary) and visit the Kindred Spirit Mailbox. Check out sunsetnc.com for more info. If you want more activities you can visit other near by beaches, Calabash (Callahan's Nautical Gifts, etc.) or head to N. Myrtle Beach for outlet shopping, nightlife, etc.

Summary: With over 100 vacation rental stays through the years, this one is by far is the best one yet. This unit is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay and I do mean everything. From the coffee maker, utensils to cookware this rental has it all. The owners truly have thought of everything to make your stay stress free, comfortable and enjoyable. The first floor location is perfect, park your vehicle and wheel your luggage straight into the unit. Easy entry / exit every time you leave and return, no stairs or waiting on the elevator. The screened-in porch is perfect for you to enjoy your morning coffee, relax and watch golfers make their approach to the 16th green. The living room has ample, comfortable seating and the large TV is perfect for family movie night. Book this unit, you will not be disappointed.

Summary: The property was as listed and very well appointed. Kitchen, bathroom and pantry closets and drawers were well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay without multiple trips to stores to get little things we needed.Check in process was seamless and communication with owner and cleaning service was very good. It was a positive to actually deal with an owner and not just a property management company.

Summary: This beautiful condo had all the comforts of home. Very clean and kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Beds were very comfortable and linens were of very good quality. Mini suite was perfect for our friends - shared mealtime and daytime activities with complete privacy at night. Contacting manager and owner was easy with very prompt return calls. Most meals were at Calabash, where seafood is always delicious. Would definitely recommend this condo and will rent again when we vacation on Sunset Beach.
