Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Summary: This property was beautiful and very well maintained. Our family had Thanksgiving here, and the property offered a plethora of dishes, pots/pans, and cooking tools. We had a few questions about the fireplace and the trash, and they responded almost immediately over the holiday. They were extremely helpful and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the amenities, deck, ice cooler on the deck. The only minor issue is that the house is across the road from the deck and is not connected so kids have to cross road. It was maybe my own miss that I didn’t see this correctly.

Summary: Beautiful home with view of the lake and the dock was perfect for fishing, hanging out, kayaking and swimming. We had a great time and would have loved to stay longer. The location was great for a day trip to Silverwood.

Summary: Beautiful home and dock, this was the perfect house for our family vacation. The home was amazing, great floor plan with private bedrooms and bathrooms. The dock was perfect, everything you could need was there, we spent most of our time on it. This home is in a great location, close to town. We will definitely be back !!
