IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- The indoor fireplace is not for use.
- The upper bunk is not included in the sleeping accommodations and should not be used.
- Outdoor grill is current out of service.
* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (driver`s license)
* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.
* Dogs are allowed – We allow up to 2 dogs. The first dog is subject to a $55 fee, and each additional dog will be $27.50. The dog size must not exceed 70lbs each. We will ask the size and breed of your dog.
* Fireplace is not to be used
* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks
* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am

Summary: There were 8 family members, 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs staying at this lakeside home. We found it to be spacious and quite comfortable for everyone. My grandchildren enjoyed the beach area and my son-in-laws took advantage of the paddle boat and kayaks.The one concern we had were the steep stairs going down to the first floor. We were able to manage and work around that but maybe that could be mentioned in the listing or pre check in information.Overall, the home was perfect for our needs as we wanted to be near family for a reunion and wedding. We especially enjoyed the fire pit a couple of nights.Jeremy was a very responsive host!

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at the cottage! It was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed. The paddle boat and kayaks were a great bonus—both the kids and adults had a blast on the water. The cottage also has a lovely little beach right off the rear deck, plus a dock where the kids could fish or jump in for a swim.My wife and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom, which opened right onto the deck. Waking up to the sunrise and winding down with the sunset over the water was just incredible.The host was excellent with communication from the very beginning and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Summary: We wanted to have a lake side getaway during April vacation with our 3 kids and boy did we pick the right spot! Everything went great - the house was so clean and well stocked, the owner was very communicable with us before/during our stay, the house had a great location right on the lake, and we used the owners kayaks and explored the lake! We book marked this house to revisit again in the future!
