The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a residential neighborhood just off Santa Barbara Blvd making both ends of the Cape accessible. To the north is Pine Island Road with access to multiple shopping centers, major supermarkets, and all types of eateries. To the South, you will connect with Cape Coral Parkway, accessing the downtown experience of great food and entertainment venues.
Getting Around:
We highly recommend bringing a car to navigate the local area. Uber and Lyft are also available. The home sits on a freshwater canal and hosts a boat ramp and seawall to access the freshwater canal system of Cape Coral. However, the canal is not gulf-accessible.
