Summary: We loved this house. Very clean and very nice. The pool was great for the kids, and the location was perfect in my opinion. Jordan made the stay even better with always quick responses, and when we needed help with something, it was taken care of with no problem. Perfect communication, really great job!

Summary: This home is amazing!! Jordan is the best host! Communication is great. The house was very clean. The pool is perfect! Beautiful, well-stocked kitchen. Loved the counter tops. Very open floor plan. Nice to have a bathroom that has a door to outdoor pool area. The house has such a well-planned layout. The big table is great for family meals around pool time! We loved our time there with our kids and grandkids. Beautiful home. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Summary: I have been a VRBO guest for years, and Jordan has been (by far) the best host I ever worked with. Jordan made us feel like we were at home, he is so quick to respond to any questions and always ready to help any way he can, the communication always was extremely friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. About the house…I really can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is. Absolutely stunning! Walking in the door you are greeted with a massive kitchen/dining area so perfect it was like a magazine photo! Lots of kitchen items for making meals, newer appliances, big counter space and many cabinets. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses and so well decorated. The living room is big and full of places to sit comfortably to relax and watch TV. The laundry room was so convenient and the sink in there was a big plus. The pool was the highlight, beautiful and perfect temperature. There are so many seating options outside and inside to chill out. Everything was extremely clean, organized and beautiful which made it a very welcoming and comfortable stay! Just a minor note for future renters, the owner keeps the A/C controlled remotely at 74F and you will not be able to change the temperature. I would definitely recommend this home for a stay in Cape Coral. You will not regret it. Thank you, Jordan, not only for sharing your beautiful home with us, but also your care and attentiveness throughout the whole process of booking to check out :)

Summary: This was a last minute rental when our original property that was booked in another state sold. We loved this one and thought the pool was an added feature. The pool was a bit bigger than expected but was the highlight of our stay! Plenty of room for eight of us to sleep and eat. We made use of the lanai for our dinners and board game playing on the evening. We did use the game room on the last night because a storm rolled in. Great communication with Jordan and he took care of whatever we needed as soon as possible. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: My family stayed here for a little over a week. The house is clean and spacious. The neighbor is quite but very close to gas/groceries and local businesses/restaurants. The pool was the highlight of our trip and where we spent most of our time. We had a small issues with the grill but the property management was quick to respond and send someone to help. Summary: Check in was perfect. Home automation for lights, music, pool, cameras. Beds were great. More pillows would be great. Extra space in garage for pool table and TV was a nice touch. I exceptionally clean. Host was easy to call and communicate via text. Rooms are huge- quiet spaces when you want to get away from others. Pool and grill were nice to use. There is a noise ordinance in place between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM I believe. We had four kids onsite and never had any complaints. Granted, we are not College β€œspring-breakers”. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Just down the road from local shops and Publix supermarket. Minutes from Fort Meyers beach and one hour to Sanibel beaches! We will be back at this house if it is available next year! I cannot overstate the attentiveness of the host! Outstanding!!
