Summary: We were 2 couples on a fishing trip, and we loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Quiet neighborhood too. I will be taking the family again.

Summary: The house was clean and the location was close to everything. We were excited to use the BBQ pit while enjoying the pool but the BBQ was broken with glass all in the pit. It was so disgusting and when we asked for a replacement we never received one. The pool is tiny but it's nice to just float in. The pool lights didn't work so it was too dark to swim in the evening. There's this really cute hammock in the picture that I planned on having my coffee there in the a.m but it wasn't set up and when I did try to set it up there was a bolt missing. There is absolutely no ambiance lighting outside on the patios. The house was clean but be prepared to bring everything you may need because it came with the bare minimum. I will say that the master bedroom bed and pillows were comfortable. The decor is nice.

Summary: Lights didn't work in the pool or on the deck and Vacasa said they'd send someone out and never did. Water was too low all week for a boat to get in or out but not sure if that's normal or just some random low tide thing going on. My son left his wallet at a restaurant on his way down and gave them the address where we were staying at so they could mail it to him. Afterwards we found out from Vacasa that no mail was delivered to the house. Since his wallet was already in the mail we tried to communicate with them to find out how to retrieve it. Asked if they could relay the info to the owner since his ID and credit cards were going to their house instead and never heard back. All that said, the house was very clean, very cute, very functional. The beds were comfortable, and they had complimentary laundry soap and dishwasher soap. I enjoyed the deck and pool too, just during the day. I found a cute little piece of decor that i thought matched the house perfectly while shopping on the island and left it with a note on the table. I feel like my only issue with this house is lack of communication on Vacasa's end. Had the issues been resolved I'd have been much happier.

Summary: The pool was broken and the water wasn’t cycling/filtrating. We had to fill it up some when we got there. The pool guy came and was unable to fix it. So, the water was stagnant with bugs and droppings everywhere. The batteries in the TV remote were dead and the plug for the TV was missing so we had to go to Walmart to buy both. The grill was broken and there was glass shattered all over the carport we had to sweep up. We were told that they would bring us a new grill but that did not happen. All the food we bought to grill we had to take back home. The bean bags for the game were missing. The grass was super long so the lawn guy had to be called out. The patio chairs were broken, so we sat in the beach chairs we brought with us. I am not sure the last time the owners or management has been out to this property, but I have pictures of everything that I’ve explained here. This place was a huge disappointment.

Summary: The house was clean and tidy. Location was perfect for what we were looking for. The deck and pool are very nice features. Only drawback is fishing from deck not great since the channel fills up with seaweed. Super cute home! Highly recommend.

Summary: Location was great close to HEB, Walmart and restaurants, plenty of fishing araes near the house , pool was just the right size and clean the inside of the home was all perfect for us very well kept beds were comfortable to sleep on and couches were comfortable as well , big refrigerator with freezer I will definitely rent this house again in the future
