Summary: We couldn’t say enough about this property. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. The inside was homey and the little extras was wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this property again, and will tell our family when visiting relatives to book this. We will be back. Only suggestion would be to repair the entrance way on the outside.

Summary: We do a lot of VRBOs and this was a very well appointed property. As others have noted, the front porch is in pretty bad shape. We opened the garage door and loaded and unloaded via the garage. We really enjoyed the view from the back deck. The condition of the back deck is a little rough so wear shoes. We ate at the restaurant across the street twice.

Summary: We were looking for a place that allowed for us to relax and wake up by the water. This was a perfect location. Everything was as pictured. I was traveling with my elderly parents and the only steps we had to navigate were three from the garage. Beautiful view of the water. There is a marina nearby, but we didn't use it. My parents loved that there was cable TV. I recommend the house. There is a restaurant across the street that we ate at a couple of times.

Summary: Inside of house was neat, clean and comfortable outside needs some TLC. Deck in need of good deep cleaning, cobwebs everywhere, to nails poking out of lumber. Front entrance was challenging with crumbling stone steps and uneveness. House sits right on road but is convenient (walking)to a good restuarant and great sunset viewing area with benches. Peaceful and pretty views from back deck but area not swim able. Nice, comfortable stay all in all just needs a little maintenance.
