Summary: Our family had the most wonderful time gathering at this property which worked perfectly for our multi-generational reunion. It is beautiful and set in a spectacular scenic area of VT. Additionally, our hosts were communicative and responsive. We had an issue the first day - which happens - and they were immediately helpful and responsive and quickly resolved the issue. Everyone loved the property and location so much we hope to gather again next year! Just wonderful all around. Thank you for being such great hosts and for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Summary: We had a fantastic family reunion in Fairfax. The house was beautiful and spacious with fabulous views. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area, including watching the town fireworks, a trip to Burlington, hiking up Mount Mansfield and kayaking on the river. Don't miss Sunflour Bakery! Aimee was a terrific host, quick to respond and with lots of helpful suggestions.

Summary: We spent an amazing 4th of July weekend celebrating our 5 year college reunion (we all went to UVM) at this beautiful property! The yard was great for hanging out, playing games and enjoying the fire pit. The house was extremely clean and perfect for large parties (plenty of beds, two kitchens and plenty of indoor space to hang out on rainy days). We were able to get taxis to bring to us to Burlington for a night as well- only a 25 minute drive! Because of the weather we weren’t able to enjoy any of the river/lakes near by but they seemed to be conveniently close to the property. All in all, we had a phenomenal time and Aimee was an excellent host. We will definitely be back!
