Positive: Wonderful spacious contemporary open plan home in fantastic location - right across the road from the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed incl 2 fridge/freezers and plenty of bench space. Lots of natural light throughout the house and it was spotlessly clean. Very comfy beds and a bonus that each bedroom has its own ensuite with modern walk in shower. Fantastic view of Tahunanui Beach and inner harbour from the front deck and living area. A real gem and the host was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Negative: Couldn't find a brush and pan set anywhere!! But not a biggie in the overall scheme of things.

Positive: The location is great. You are opposite a main road so with children you would have to be careful crossing the road to the beach. The view from the house is amazing. Very comfortable for different configurations of people as there are 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There is a lot of stairs to get up to the main floor and top bedrooms so if you had a mobility issue this house is not for you. The parking here is fantastic as well which is great as parking on the main road could be tricky.

Negative: We did not have the basics of staying at a house. Ie we had to ask for supplies which had been listed being available. ie no basic supplies dishwashing tablets washing powder etc.. Beach towels were hard to locate we could not find them. Owners however were great with communication and rectified the supply problems.

Summary: Amazing view from the living area and deck - early morning swims refreshing in the ocean

Positive: The location across from the beach was excellent - the playground with go-karts, water slides, bumper boats and mini golf etc so good for the kids (8 and 5 yrs). The house was really big to accommodate all of us. Really liked having an ensuite to each bedroom. 2 fridges and lots of glasses/crockery etc.

Negative: Because the weather was so lovely and hot - the 2nd bedroom upstairs did not have a heat pump or air conditioning so was very warm at night - or maybe we just didn't understand the system! The lounge was exceptionally warm but with experience we remembered to close up the blinds before we went out!

Summary: Great stay. Great location and Annie was always available and positive with any request.

Positive: Location and view was amazing with great beach access. The property was well Laid out and the bedrooms were wonderfully comfortable.

Negative: Floor could have been cleaner and it could have done with air con in the front room as it gets rather hot in the day on a sunny summer day.
