Summary: We had such a wonderful week at this beautiful home in North Fort Myers. It’s very tastefully updated with all the conveniences. The Internet was fantastic. The location is great for going out for day trips and short drive to many restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend. We definitely plan to stay again.

Summary: I normally leave just a brief review for the rentals we’ve used in the past, but our experience was so great I wanted to take the time to provide some details about our stay. Communication - Booking the house was very straightforward, so we didn’t have to ask for much. On the one occasion we had a question, Kristen was quick to respond - within minutes of us asking - and quickly confirmed what we assumed was the answer. Cleanliness - We’ve rented upwards of a dozen homes on various platforms, but this was by far the cleanest house we ever stepped foot into. This place was spotless! Walking into the home we felt welcomed by the brightness of the rooms, the large windows overlooking the pool and canal, and the spacious kitchen with bright white cupboards, solid surface counters, and brand new stainless steel appliances. Location - The neighborhood is quiet, with the house located near the end of a cul-de-sac and 2-3 blocks away from the busiest road. We never heard car noise, nor did we see anyone besides the immediate neighbors (who said a friendly “hello” but kept to themselves). There are several restaurants, convenience stores, and a Publix within walking distance or a less than 5 minute drive. Our older sons walked to the store without any issue - we always felt safe and secure. Amenities - Where do I begin…. Want comfy couches and a large smart TV? Got it. Want a spacious kitchen fully equipped with more pots and pans than necessary? Yep. Want filtered ice and water? The double-door stainless steel refrigerator has it. New washer and dryer, new stove and microwave, TVs in each bedroom, lots of storage space in cupboards and closets - so unpack and get settled! Soft bath towels and plenty of beach towels made us almost feel guilty to use a fresh one after each swim. All the beds were comfortable and each room had a remote-controlled ceiling fan. The shared bath off the two bedrooms also serves as the changing room with direct access to the pool. (So no need for the kids to track wet footsteps through the house to use the bathroom - Genius!) Plenty of pool toys and a large pool that went from about three to five feet on a gradual slope. Patio seating, another remote controlled ceiling fan, propane grill, and a cool mini basketball hoop that kept the boys entertained for hours. A few steps out the pool is a patio near the canal and boatlift with lounge chairs. We saw one boat, one standup paddleboard, and one duck as the only traffic on the canal - just as quiet as the street! Oh - and there’s two fishing poles and tackle in the second bedroom. Finally, I have to mention my favorite feature - sliding glass doors from the living room, master bed, dining room, and second bedroom, as well as a sliding window from the kitchen to the seating area. Come and go and flow between the pool and house effortlessly! Bottom line: Best rental experience ever - We can’t wait to visit again!

Summary: This house was perfect for our family Of 5. We loved the openness and the many doors leading to the pool! The house was well stocked, super clean and had everything we needed. We love sitting by the pool and fishing off the dock. The neighborhood was very quiet and was a fun walk or bike ride to the very close Publix. We loved everything about it!!
