Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very quiet and spatious appartment with pretty views to the waterfront. We even saw an alligator! Communication was always smooth and very supportive, e.g. when we wanted to extend our stay. You'll find everything you need in the house. Opportunity for late check-out (if there are no guest for the following night). We really enjoyed our stay!

Negative: Be aware that there is no elevator and mosquitos can be quite active during summer (which is normal)
