Summary: We loved staying here because of the easy access to the water. Restaurants closed earlier than we expected. Television had many blocked stations including news. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This property is quiet and serene. Like obx 30 years ago. We couldnt go in the ocean because of Debby but it really didnt ruin the time we spent there. This host has thought of any possible thing you might need while vacationing in the area. It really is the little things and Ed gives that in spades.

Summary: Very clean and cared for. Convenient to 12 but off the busy road. Nice neighborhood and awesome view of the sound. Will definitely be back. Ed was helpful when we messed up the code to front door and quick to get us in.

Summary: We had an amazing experience! Beautiful location and a lot to do close by. Both kids enjoyed being able to fish at the property and my daughter even caught her first fish there. The house was well maintained and we are already talking about wanting to come back soon!
