Positive: Stress free easy to follow instructions and access to property. Helpful handbook in situe for property and travel around within area. Property spotlessly clean warm and very welcoming. Really lovely and thoughtful touch by hosts welcome basket of chocolate,crisps n biscuits. Beds extremely comfortable excellent night's sleep. Amazing riverside location and views also some beautiful walks on the doorstep. All in all a wonderful property and stunning location. and suffice to say will definitely be returning for a longer stay here. Also to add hosts were extremely helpful and easily contactable.

Positive: This property is in a beautiful location, directly overlooking the river, with stunning views of watching the boats and birds go by. Spotlessly clean and has everything you require. The beds are fabulously comfortable, especially the Super King size bed – I had the best night sleep in years – such a relaxing setting. The hosts were very attentive, with nothing too much trouble and offered a full itinerary of places to go, restaurant recommendations etc. The scenic train journey across the viaduct and through the countryside to Plymouth was spectacular and is a definite must do. We loved every second and cannot recommend highly enough, plus easy parking right outside the house. We have already booked for next year. Thank you Janet & Nigel for our fabulous stay.

Positive: What an absolutely beautiful place this is. Amazing views across the river from the terrace, so relaxing. The property is immaculately clean and elegantly decorated. The surrounding countryside has an abundance of gorgeous walks. The village of Calstock is super friendly and has 2 terrific pubs, one just 2 minutes away. The hosts Janet & Nigel were extremely communicative and helpful with lots of local recommendations of places to eat, things to do etc. This is the most impressive, idyllic country retreat property I have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back
