Located on Charlotte Harbor, only 10 miles from the Gulf of Mexico through the Boca Grande Pass, we are surrounded by barrier islands with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world by way of boat or car. Our community is also unique in that it is one of the few gated communities with both a 27-hole golf course and a privately-owned marina. Don’t forget to visit our 3 restaurants, Cass Cay and the Trading Post down at the marina, and, Linkside Café at the golf club.
