Summary: We really enjoyed the condo. It was directly across from the pool and walking to the pier was great fun. Fishing too! and the little beach for a cocktail in the evening can't be beat!

Summary: Location and vibe of the community is absolutely amazing. This was a great value and we definitely enjoyed the stay. Some of the highlights of this place were the private pier, beautiful little tropical community, and proximity to Fulton Beach rd. The neighbors were great, I don’t know why they were mentioned as a negative in the past but as long as you follow the booking rules then no problem. As far as anything negative, I would probably say it would be nice to have a bbq grill available. Many of the other homes had one on their patio, but not at this one. Unfortunately there is not one at the common pool either. Still overall I definitely recommend this place and get it 5/5 Stars!!

Summary: We love, love, love the Sailhouse Community! Have stayed several times there in two different houses. All of our stays have been relaxing and enjoyable. It is a peaceful and quiet community, which is why we like it!

Summary: Booked last minute a short trip to visit our family on the coast. It’s a beautiful little spot, our kids really enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Would have loved to have our family over for dinner, but with it being an HOA rules are strict to people coming. You’re only 25 minute drive to Port A beach and 10 minutes to Rockport beach. Nice area close enough to everything with still peace away from the busy spots.
