Summary: Overall it wasn't bad. If you are wanting to cook you will need to bring everything. You will also need to bring toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap as they were provided but in very small amounts. I was under the impression there was a twin bed in each room, however, it's just a foldable floor mattress. The train does run through every night, not very far away, but we were never bothered by it.

Summary: This house had everything we needed for a short family vacation. Definitely a fishing lovers paradise with lake fishing in the backyard and the ocean just a short drive away. The trains coming by were very cool to see ( and loud) but property provided ear plugs and a sound machine in each room. Family friendly, great dining close by too.
