Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything you could possibly need for a week down the shore was included. One of the main reasons we picked this property was my need for accessibility. No stairs, very few tripping hazards (throw rugs can easily be moved), and one small threshold out the back door. The only problem was the bathrooms. With my 22" walker, I could barely squeeze through the doorway and not able to access the shower. We've been to many VRBO sites, and this was one of the best. Thank you, John. You were a great host.

Summary: Had a very enjoyable stay, barbecued in the back yard, fished and crabbed off the back dock. Very convenient location. Nice quiet neighborhood. House has a very nice layout, and was very clean.

Summary: We choice this vacation spot. The home is actually bigger than it appears in the pictures. It was very clean and beautifully beachy decorated. The bedrooms are tucked in the back. The dining room overlooks the canal and was a great game room in the evening. It’s do friendly and the back yard is huge. The bayside beach is very pretty and minutes away. We enjoyed going to LBI which is very close by. You will definitely enjoy your stay here and have beautiful memories.

Summary: Property was clean and spotless throughout. Host was 100% customer focused. Well stocked with the necessary supplies, and beyond. Even had QTips! ( who goes into that much detail?. Worth the experience.

Summary: We loved our stay at the house in Barnegat. The house is adorable, comfortable and has everything you need and more. House is decorated adorably and the back yard is just lovely. We really enjoyed just looking at the water from the dining room and the backyard. Host answered all of our questions so promptly. Would definitely book again. 10 out of 10 stars. Ps We enjoyed eating and Sun Harbor and Mud City Crab.

Summary: We had a wonderful relaxing stay at John’s Pebble Beach house! The home was exactly as described, meticulously clean, warm and welcoming. The house was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the yard, fire pit and kayaks! We were able to bring our boat as well…and the neighbors were really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, close to the bay and beach! We will definitely stay again!
