Positive: Small, boutique. Front desk staff very helpful. Beautiful pool are surrounded by pine trees. Only 10 miles from LBI. across from Lunchbox Sandwich Shop with delicious pork roll, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Half mile north is Waretown Bakery. BEST IRISH SODA BREAD, doughnuts and pastries! Cute area in lobby to eat takeout and free coffee. Fridge and microwave in room.

Positive: Location was great. Staff was super kind and accommodating. Was it the intercontinental? No. But it was clean and comfortable and near where i needed to be.
Negative: Can be noisy as theees a recycling center in the same spot.

Positive: Well updated to today's standards. Spotless. Only thing missing was an elevator, but we were on the ground floor. Might not ever make it back to the area, but will definitely book again if I do.
Negative: No breakfast offered, but many other options (bagels, donuts, fast food, etc.) available close by.

Negative: Bathroom exhaust fan was way too loud, no washcloths in bathroom some guests very loud in hall early in the morning
