Summary: This is a must stay for a family gathering! They thought of everything- we never had to leave the property! The salt water pool is pristine, and the slide and high dive provided fun for the adrenaline junkies. The lighted tennis court allowed us to play pickle ball, basketball and tennis into the night. There is a beautiful private waterfall you can hike to and swim in. The golf course is really fun too. There is one hole but 9 different spots to hit from. The grounds are very well maintained. This was by far the best vrbo we have ever stayed in and we are already planning our trip back here for next year. Lastly, the private chef is a must! The best fresh food- farm to table style. I give this place my highest recommendation!

Summary: The property is stunning. We had a great time playing some golf and spent endless time in the pool. The slide and high dive were a blast. The property has everything you could possibly need. My only knock is there was a little confusion in sorting out who to contact with questions between the booking agent and the person actually managing the property. Once that was sorted out the property manager was super helpful and pointed out some great activities that we took advantage of.

Summary: Huge property! Perfect for family gatherings. A couple minor things to know going in is that The Lights weren’t working for the court and the grass isn’t cut short enough on the “golf course” so the balls get lost and there’s no putting. Other than that, the property is as promised! It’s a gorgeous place...we would go back!

Summary: The place is awesome. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean, the grounds were very well kept. The furnishings were comfortable. The pool was nice. We saw whales right behind the house just about every day. The TVs had lots of channels, but with no curtains on any window, the glare was so bad on TVs that you almost could not watch them. They only had a couple of board games, so bring your own. The hit tub did not work the first few nights. It only had a countertop microwave. I really need to go back and read the description closer for a few items that brought down the score: * Surprisingly, the dishes and glasses looked like garage sale leftovers. Lots of mismatched items. * There is no air conditioning in the house except for a very small plug in unit in 2 bedrooms. We were OK in December, but other months would be uncomfortable. * I was expecting that there was like an executive 9 hole course, but it is a flat lawn area with a flag in the ground and a few mats placed at the edges of the property to hit from. No green anywhere. * There are no curtains anywhere in the house. For that price point, hand some curtains, and at lease have an option of sleeping past sunrise. * Privacy in bathrooms and showers was a significant issue. There are several bathrooms that you are wide open to the world while taking a shower, or being on the toilet. Not acceptable. * They advertise a concierge service, but that was very limited. I expected to receive complete details on cooks, drivers, restaurants, tours, etc that they had reviewed and prequalified for the guests. I expected to see a binder of everything available in the area, and they had nothing. At the last minute that gave us a name of a fantastic cook which we used for 3 meals, but it cost $234 per person, per meal, so pretty pricey.

Summary: We just got back from this wonderful home and property. We had booked months ago and with everything happening on the Big Island we were nervous for our trip. Jill the concierge called me to go over our travel plans and explained what was happening near the actual house. She really gave me peace of mind and we ended up having a seamless experience. My family absolutely adored this place. It was perfect for both time away from each other and coming together. The waterfall and path down cannot be beat! Would definitely recommend the home. The service was great as well - we were able to have groceries in the house when we got there which was wonderful after traveling all day. Check in and out were easy and we will definitely stay here again.
