Summary: We had a great time. The house was close to downtown where we could just walk if we wanted to view of the water was great. It was actually quiet in the area where the houses were also.

Summary: We are a family of four (adult children) and had an absolutely wonderful time. The home is in walking distance to the town and beach and my girls really enjoyed their pool time in the complex. I think we spent more time on the screened in porch or the upstairs porch to watch the sunset than inside. We travel a lot and loved the area and the management team was great--thank you!

Summary: The condo itself was very nice, nice decor, however a few things, the ice maker did not make much ice at all, very hot week to be constantly buying ice, the bed downstairs had issues the first night with missing slats and when my husband went to get in bed it collapsed and he had trouble getting up, also the living room furniture was not very comfortable and was hard to get out of

Summary: We rented a group of condos at Waters Edge for a company retreat. The staff found the condos overall clean and well stocked with linens, towels, and other supplies. Everyone had a private space to retreat to after our meetings. While we had a few hiccups regarding parking large trucks and a plumbing issue in one condo, the issues were handled quickly and professionally. Summary: Fantastic condo. Clean, relaxed beach feel, well decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Enjoyed having the river view, screen porch, and the pool. Very walkable and quite close to the primary water tours and rentals spot. We still rented a golf cart and found that handy for beach trips and general getting around, particularly with the heat index the week we were there. Like other reviewers have mentioned, we did come across one very unwelcoming neighborhood resident, but the property manager was very supportive about it. And we also found several other residents to be pleasant.
