Summary: This hotel is wonderful. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and it was exceptional. The room was beautifully decorated and had excellent amenities. The hotel is beautiful, it’s well maintained and in the process of sone restoration which was so discrete you couldn’t even hear it. The dining room is lovely, the menu is not extensive but everything is done well which more than makes up for it. The bar is also fantastic and the signature cocktails are all worth a try! Breakfast is extensive, beautifully presented and freshly cooked to order. The range is fantastic for the price. Do also visit Richmond Park as it is stunning. Every member of staff was polite, helpful and friendly. They really are an asset to the business. Thank you for such an incredible stay.

Summary: Great room and friendliness of the staff. We enjoyed a swim in the pool which was lovely and warm. I was disappointed by the food. Our fondue vegetables were overcooked and soggy, which you shouldn't expect for the price. And the selection wasn't very good. We also agreed that the disabled toilet which was the one nearest to the bar was not of a good standard and a bit grotty. Unsightly elements such as the large pedal bin for paper towels and general condition of woodwork and fittings.
