Positive: The best thing about this hotel was the staff, all were very helpful. In restaurant food was served promptly. Fresh orange juice in the morning was delicious.

Negative: I am a coeliac (gluten-free) and there were very few options for me at dinner. Also portions very small. The lighting in the restaurant was overhead and very cold/bright - not a warm atmosphere. Decor was drab brown and grey. Our (outside) bedroom smelt a little damp.

Summary: Ambience and decor drab, but this was alleviated by the welcoming and helpful kindness of all staff.
