Positive: We truly enjoyed our stay at Wapa di Ume for our 30th anniversary. We were upgraded to a suite that was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a bed beautifully decorated with heart-shaped flowers and absolutely loved the flower bath prepared in the tub. The room was spotless, with thorough daily cleaning, fresh water, and a lovely turndown service in the evening. The AC worked perfectly and the shower pressure was great. Our suite was located right next to the infinity pool, offering stunning tropical views. Everything on-site is beautifully maintained and decorated. The hotel's location is fantastic—within walking distance of Ubud town center, great restaurants, and the beautiful Pura Dalem Ubud temple—yet it remains tranquil and serene. The hotel also provides a convenient daily shuttle service to town. The included breakfast was amazing, featuring a large menu with many vegetarian options, fresh fruit, juices, pastries, and coffee. We were also fortunate enough to enjoy a BBQ culture dinner on-site one night. The event was intimate, featuring beautiful Barong and Legong dances, welcome cocktails, and door prizes. We even won a floating breakfast! Unfortunately, due to our pre-scheduled tours, we didn’t have time to enjoy the floating breakfast, afternoon tea, or morning yoga. Most of the staff, including the front desk, were incredibly friendly and kind—especially Suartika, Lasmini, Kusuma, Aunty Arik, and Juli. However, we had a disappointing experience with one staff member at the infinity pool named Mia. We ordered drinks at the pool bar, but during the two hours we spent there, she never checked on us again and seemed occupied with her phone. All-in-all, we couldn't have asked for more. We would love to stay here again and will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Bali!

Negative: Nothing. However, if management could provide more customer service training for the younger staff—specifically regarding minimizing social media distractions during working time and increasing focus on guests—it would enhance the hotel's professional reputation even more.

Positive: We have stayed in Bali many times and Wapa Di Ume is our favourite place. The people are fantastic and friendly. Wapa is so relaxing and beautiful. Surrounded by greenery, birds, ducks, rice fields and many cicaks (gecko). The rooms are immaculate and clean. The hotel is very quiet. The food is always fresh and delicious. We will always stay here when we are in Ubud. Thankyou again Wapa see you next year

Positive: I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Bali. The staff are incredibly friendly and truly made me feel like part of a family. The hotel has the vibe of real Balinese life, which made the experience even more special. Housekeeping was excellent and very clean—I especially liked the evening housekeeping check. Highly recommended

Positive: Wonderful traditional Ubud hotel with high hospitality standards! Huge rooms, delicious breakfast and stunning infinity pool! Away from central Ubud hustle and bustle, so the overall atmosphere in the hotel is very quiet and relaxing. Been here twice and definitely will come back!
