Positive: I had a peaceful stay in this family run guesthouse It's very affordable and quiet with a very pretty secluded garden full of butterflies Ajus. Deknik and family made sure I was comfortable and brought breakfast to me every morning. They also checked I was ok as I was having some down time after a stressful time. I would go back for sure.

Positive: Fantastic place run by two brothers in their family compound. Just opened so everything is brand new and super clean. They treat this guest house as their own house and you can see the effort they put into making sure it is run very well/go the extra mile to keep it clean/be responsive etc. super accommodating and one of the brothers (deknik) is a driver too if you need airport pick up or drop off for very reasonable price. Excellent english if you are worried about that. Breakfast is home cooked and delicious. Location is excellent. Overlooks a river so it is nice and quiet. Internet and aircon both work great.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. Dont come here if you want a bland big hotel chain experience and just want to watch tv all day though! (Because there is no tv, which is a good thing).

Summary: Excellent new guest house overlooking nature. Extraordinary value. Lovely people.

Positive: I liked everything about this guest house! Clean, spacious room with ample storage, fantastic hot shower at any time, lovely crisp cotton linen on very comfortable beds! I stayed in a top floor room with far reaching views for 7 nights, then extended my stay in a room looking out over the jungle for another 10 nights. The family that own and run the guest house are so kind and caring… they make sure that everything is perfect. The breakfast is delivered at your preferred time and is fresh, healthy and delicious. This is by far the best guest house I’ve stayed in! Special thanks to Ajus and Deknik for making my stay so special! 🙏🏼

Positive: One of the highlight of the property was definitely the view and having breakfast there! The room was clean, cozy and modern and my absolute favorite part was the service. The two hosts, Denik and Adjus were absolutely wonderful and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Anytime I had any need they would offer support. As a solo female traveler I felt safe here. I also liked the area - very central, couple minutes walk to the main streets. Located in one of the side streets so less busy. In the street there are several cute café’s and also a mini market, which was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again, next time I visit Ubud.

The hospitality was exceptional; the team is warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or transport. It felt like staying with family.
