Summary: The wifi was terrible. We could not stay connected for more than 2 minutes and when we mentioned something to the front desk it never did improve

Summary: Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a good shower and gel was provided. The room was a little dusty and the carpets marked and a cupboard door and drawer didn’t open. However, bottles of water and milk pods were replenished daily and biscuits were often left so you felt welcome. The staff were very helpful in my experience. Breakfast was excellent with varied cereals, seeds, nuts, fresh fruit and yoghurt plus cooked breakfast if required.

Summary: Great location and views with plenty of parking. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and nothing was to much. Rooms comfortable with hairdryer, fan ,coffee/tea making facilities and water supplied. Quality of the food and drink along with the service was excellent and a lovely menu range for evening and breakfast.

Summary: Mary at reception was very friendly and sorted out a small problem we had (nothing to do with the hotel )We will stay here again when we come back as it is very well situated being in the centre of town.

Summary: Booked a super double room with a queen bed, when we checked in we were told they only had 1 room left which had 2 twin beds. The room was SO hot when we walked in we had to leave the room for several hours with 2 fans running to even make it tolerable. The manager was so nice & apologetic, he was the only reason we stayed for the night. The water pressure was basically a dribble, would never stay here again.

Summary: Checked in with my partner, asked if we were booked together and then informed apologetically that they’d put us in a double room. This was indeed correct and exactly as we had booked, not the best welcome and I would have expected any confusion to have been approached more considerately. Room was very nice and also clean, surprised to find only 2 towels provided in the bathroom, no hand towels or to put on the floor. Weather was hot and appreciated a fan was provided although it didn’t do much to help.
