Positive: Avon more house was perfectly located for our stay in Youghal. We were welcomed very warmly by Mary who was very helpful with suggestions of places to visit . Breakfast was very tasty … lots of choice with homemade sourdough and brown bread baked by Mary’s husband .
Summary: A friendly welcome awaits in this cosy guesthouse, centrally located in the town of Youghal. Highly recommend.

Negative: The lack of a lift and our late booking meant it was difficult to climb to the second floor room but next time we’ll book early for a first floor bedroom

Positive: Rooms were very clean and comfortable,shower was great too.Facilties were modern and efficient.
Negative: Extra surcharge for breakfast and bath felt flimsy when standing in it.Our host likes a chat and that's really welcoming but when checking in,it could be shorter.People can be tired after a drive and just want to chill.
