Positive: The property is very close to the sea. Quite modern and the kitchen is newly refurbished and had everything we needed during our stay. Lovely bathrooms. Hot water all the time is available. The host is a brilliant communicator and responds swiftly . A clear instruction everywhere too.

Negative: The furniture needs deep cleaning as it's dusty especially the beds and the sofas. The second bedroom was not practical for us because my husband couldn't climb up the stairs to his bed easily as it's very high and the stairs don't look like strong enough. So he slept on the sofa underneath which was too small for him. Also, the flat was very cold at night

Negative: Would have liked 2 towels per person, not one. Ideally some cupboard space in the bedrooms. Lacking in crockery and cutlery - would have been an issue if there had been 4 of us. And it is a little out of town.

Positive: The apartment was spotless with a large main bedroom which lets in a lot of light. The kitchen was great and having sky t v was also very nice touch. Having 2 separate bathrooms also came in handy.

Negative: We were lucky to have such fab weather. However the bedroom did get quite hot and we struggled a little cool it down. Might need ac!

Positive: I loved the coziness of the environment, everything was exceptionally clean, pleasant, the design of interior was really modern and lovely too, the location was great, you could really relax in there and the seaside was just outside the window. It was a special surprise for my mum on her birthday and she absolutely loved it and said we will definitely return here xx
