Positive: Great room, good location as we walked to Margate and also to Botany Bay. Lovely little dog treats provided on arrival which was super cute & well received :) Breakfast was really nice and the dog was happy with his selection. Really comfy bed and the room was a good size. Lovely bathroom, really nice decor.

Negative: It was a bit of a step down to the bathroom was my only concern but I managed not to trip as I'm very clumsy!! Also could maybe do with a strip on the door so the light from the hallway doesn't come through.

Summary: Loved it, great location and perfect hosts. Very dog friendly, Marlin says we will be back :)
