Summary: The stay was flawless. Excellent sized rooms for a couple and child. Loads of space and very clean. Had a meal there as well and it was delicious. Breakfast as also superb. Staff were inviting and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Summary: Not a great stay - extremely noisy plumbing in adjoining rooms, but that is nothing compared to the high speed trains running just outside the rooms!

Summary: I stayed here for two nights recently for an event nearby at Blackpit Brewery. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet at night. Breakfast was good and I would stay here again.

Summary: Surprised vaping was allowed at the Bar in total disregard of the law. Breakfast was minimal, sausage (one) was undercooked and bacon (one rasher) more fat than meat. Half a mushroom, a tablespoon of beans and a greasy hash-brown completed the meal. The Buffet for the Wake was also very poor standard considering the cost of the accommodation. Overall very disappointed.
