Positive: They're really are a lot of great things about this property and they vastly outweigh what I didn't like about it. It really is spacious and has a lot of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. The staff was attentive and responded quickly to any of my messages. I did have a problem with the garage door when I was there and they offered to send someone out and fix it. It has a washer and dryer which is fantastic if you don't want to bring home dirty clothes. There are two complete bathrooms which is awesome. The house can sleep many people and it's big enough that you're not going to feel like you're on top of each other. The view of the ocean you have is actually quite nice. Watching the sunrise up over the piece of the ocean that you can see is pretty in the morning. The beds were very comfortable my girlfriend wanted to find out what they were so buy one. The location is really quite good. The area of Ryan is really accessible to grocery shopping to get to Portsmouth and to get to the highway to travel to Boston or Manchester is very easy and you're close enough that you can easily make a day trip into Boston. The ocean is also very close and it's less than a 2 minute drive to a parking spot where you can get out and actually walk up onto the rocks and be right next to the ocean. The area is clean is well kept and it's really relaxing. All In all, this really is a great rental it's comfortable, it's clean and it's in a phenomenal location.

Negative: The accommodations really are great. If I had to offer some criticism, I would say I'm not a fan of the lock on the front door. It's Auto locking which is nice but at the same time you can't lock it yourself, you have to wait for it to lock itself, and so I found myself standing outside waiting to hear it lock before I left. The utensils in the kitchen we're not the cleanest so you do have to wash everything for using it. And the last thing I would say is the neighbor's house is extremely close and there is no blinds in the kitchen. I was a little bit surprised with how close the neighbor's house is. But there are blinds everywhere else so it really isn't a problem.

Negative: There is no air conditioning. We were lucky to be there on cool days but during 90 degree weather it might be a problem for some.

Positive: The neighbourg was vers quiet and calm. The vient and sound of the océan was relaxing. The house was vers luminous and spacious. The beach was 5 min walk that was vers convenient.

Negative: The garage of the guests that was there befotre us was in the garage at our arrival. Odors were strong and disturbing all week-end long.
