Positive: Property was in a very convenient location, parking directly behind the house was easy and free. Nice facilities and comfortable beds. Host was very supportive and friendly. All in all was a great place to stay 10/10 would recommend.

Positive: Not applicable. A selection of tea would have been good as well as the coffee pods.

Negative: The deep crusted snow on walkways to front and back steps should have been cleared for my arrival. As a senior, I did not expect to be expected to do that. Also a handrail is needed at back door. They did respond to my concerns three days in after 2 phone calls. Too little too late and they only chipped ice off steps and did not clear walkways down to cement walks. I wonder if clients are required to mow lawns in summer, as I was told by property manager that I was responsible for snow clearance. The home is not handicap accessible in either bathroom , nor is there a bedroom on main floor. All three bedrooms are up a steep flight of 14 stairs. That information should be clear on the website, so that clients can make informed decisions. One bed has a slat missing under mattress and makes for an uncomfortable sleep. All three mattresses need protective covers under bottom sheet as stains are occurring. The housekeeping staff need to check that all dishes and cookware are clean. I needed to run a dishwasher of bakeware that was greasy and covered in sauce underneath as well as a salad bowl and dirty fork. One ceramic roasting pan was cracked and leaked grease in oven. No dishcloth or cleaning scrub was available to clean it up. The pan needs to be discarded and replaced.

Summary: I would stay again, but hope my concerns are addressed before then as location suited me perfectly.

Positive: The location was perfect for us , close to family that live in Saint Boniface. The beds were very comfortable as well as pillows. Lots of room, and closet space with hangers!

Negative: Not enough forks for all of us. No coffee pods for the Nespresso , not sure why it was there.
