Summary: Loved the location, so many places within walking distance. The unit is beautiful, just as pictured. The outside deck was a favorite spot. Note both bedrooms upstairs, no trouble for us but maybe for some. Would 100% recommend Egilio and this rental

Summary: We stayed here for several days with our adult son and his partner. The layout (with bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms) was great for two couples on different schedules. Nice location and we appreciated the underground parking. The apartment is attractive, roomy, and well equipped. Communication with Egilio was excellent and early check-in was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Egilio’s place. Location is great! Cose to grocery store, cute shops in the Osborne area and quick to downtown. Nice to have underground parking spot especially in the snowy weather. Unit is clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: Egilio is a very accommodating host and made everything quite seamless. The two story condo is modern and well furnished. The area is interesting and historic as far as Canada is concerned. It's an easy walk to downtown and not that far to Corydon Avenue/"Little Italy". Insofar as a nearby coffee shop is concerned, I'd recommend "Little Sisters".

Summary: We were happy with our stay. Comfortable. Well equipped venue. There was a lot of construction in the area which was challenging until we got familiar with driving in the area. Construction and road improvements are a good thing. Not complaining.
