Summary: My family and I have stayed in this home on a yearly basis for 3 years now. We have had a great experience every time. The space is just right for our family of 4 and we love the central location. Travis is an excellent host, and is very quick to get back to you with any concerns. We hope to stay here again next year!

Summary: Our family enjoyed being within a short walk to many restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, and a walking trail along the Brandywine River. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was a little tricky in getting the right temperature and we found the flow was better when no other water was being used elsewhere in the home. Check-in and check-out was super easy and having a temporary parking pass was great and we didn’t have any problem finding a parking spot on the street. The townhome is old and has steep steps but it was well-furnished, clean and the kitchen was well-stocked and had everything that we needed. It was a comfortable home and we enjoyed hanging out on the front porch. Thanks, Travis and Gabrielle for being wonderful hosts!

Summary: Awesome property in a great location. This house is clean, well kept, has character (being an older residence) and is in a great neighborhood. We could walk to restaurants and the grocery store. It was easy to get around with limited traffic issues. The house itself was very comfortable and just the right size for the 5 of us. The beds and pillow were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were very attentive and answered any questions we had promptly. Would gladly stay here again when in the Wilmington area.

Summary: When reading reviews, I like the short and sweet but also the long and detailed. I'm going to give you the long and detailed so you book this house! Host - Travis is amazing! He worked with us for scheduling and was very quick to reply. I had a last minute question approaching the house about parking and he responded within minutes for us. He even checked in after our first night to make sure we were comfortable. A++ Location- It's 10 minutes away from the Skating Club of Wilmington which is why we were here for the long weekend. This house is with in a 3 to 5 minute walking distance of anything you could need. Grocery store. Wallgreens. Beer/Wine. And alllll the food and coffee. Our favorites were Catherine Rooney's, Cafe Verdi, Kid Shelleen's, Toscana's, and Brew Haha. So many others but we ran out of time. We also took a day trip to Philly and it was an EASY 40 minute drive to explore the city! HOUSE - The beds amd pillows are more comfortable than my bed at home. The TV has ALL the streaming services. Full kitchen to where I made breakfast every morning. Didn't have to buy spices or amything little you would need, it was already there! Wifi is perfect. We all forgot to pack our toothbrush and they were stocked with toothbrushes as well as soap, towels and extra bedding. Dining room table that it feel like we were home to have our family meals. Easy to control temperature setting (love the radiating heat!) Security system thumbs up for those that want it. Parking - Easy peasy. If there is not soemthing on Clayton Street, there is something within a 3 minute walk. You can unload easily in front of the house if there isn't immediate parking. If you read this long BOOK THIS HOUSE! You won't be disappointed. We will be back in 2023!

Summary: We were in Wilmington for a week visiting our son and needed a place that we could work remotely during the mornings and afternoons. This place was perfect for us. Plenty of space and great location next to restaurants and easy access to interstate.

Summary: took a while for the ac to cool, but I'm old and from Florida and require refrigeration) i am used to central air ;) . parking can be a challenge but not difficult enough to complain. Overall it was very nice. it had a cute little backyard, and was well equipped. cant think of a better location in trolly square, walk to resturants, grocery, bars etc.
