Positive: We enjoyed our stay here. It was just where we needed to be, and was warm and welcoming. It is car-dependent which was fine for us, and convenient to Middletown, which is booming. It is a residential house, and we welcomed no elevators, no resort fees (there is a cleaning fee), and parking next to the front door.

Summary: This house was a great place to stay for an introduction to the Middletown area.

Positive: My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious, modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. It is even better than in the photos. The beds were very large and comfortable. Furthermore, the location was excellent. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our neighbors were very friendly. Our host was incredibly kind and always quick to answer our questions. She gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which made us feel at home. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Positive: Ease and convenience. Our host had everything that we needed stocked and ready for us. We had a delightful stay. She was very informative, and even offered to extend our stay when we missed our first flight back home. We will 1,000% stay again and she made our travels so seamless knowing that we didn’t have any worries about our booking and amenities. Thank you so much! Positive: So close to our family, easy to get to, easy access, was perfect for the nature of our visit.

Negative: No dislikes. We didn’t have a major need for the refrigerator, but it wasn’t working properly. The effort was there to have it replaced upon our arrival, but delivery dropped the ball. No fault to Stephanie. She asked how she could make it right, which was very thoughtful. I know she will have it sorted for the next guests :-)

Summary: Stephanie was a very responsive and helpful host! Her home met our needs and would love to come back!
