Positive: The location was fantastic, beautiful setting in a quiet area but still in walking distance of local nature spots and the local shop. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The TV had apps we could log into. One of the hosts checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and there was a very informative document set out for us (next to welcome biscuits- thank you!) when we arrived.

Negative: The parking information on booking.com was a little misleading, as in several different parts of the page it stated that there was on site parking, and free parking. The parking available is not on site, however there are plenty of places to park if you know where to look. We parked in the paid car park near the bridge which was a 2 minute walk from the property.

Positive: the location on the border between wales & England was interesting. the lane could do with a bit of a tidy up, maybe a bit of weeding!

Negative: the shower room window didn't fully shut so the fan short circuited the air via the window

Summary: lovely, the neighbors were very nice, full of knowledge.

Negative: Finding the property is not easy even though the written directions are good. I would highly suggest before travelling to the property that you call the property to discuss the directions.
