Summary: In particular two glaring deficiencies: There were no washer/dryer in unit as advertised. The television was unusable our entire stay........only thing available were streaming services.....no even ROKU. We would stay here again. Service from hosts was minimal/not existent. Two service items were not attended to........shower light and an inoperable shade. No where near the service we received from previous hosts: Grand Welcome. We left 3 days early. Requested consideration of a credit. Received no response.

Summary: Spent a birthday weekend here. The home exceeded my expectations. Close walk to the beach, town, and the Rosewood resort. Despite the proximity to surrounding attractions, my favorite part was spending time in the sunny living area and deck. I’ll be back for sure.

Summary: We had a great two night stay at this beautiful apartment in Montecito for our anniversary. We brought our one and a half year old and we’re pleasantly surprised that the furnishings were in general very toddler safe - didn’t need to baby proof a ton. The location is perfect - an easy stroll to the beach and the little strip of restaurants in Montecito and the unit has its own little garden area and hot tub which we enjoyed. Communication was easy though we did have an issue with the AC not working one night and we were nervous to open the windows because the train was so loud and we didn’t want it to wake the baby. But it all worked out in the end. Also to note the train is just as loud when you stay at one of the houses on the beach by Miramar - so not generally something that bothers me, but the AC not working that evening was a bit of a bummer. The owner was very communicative though and checked in with us throughout the stay which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and I hope to return soon!

Summary: What a wonderful beach cottage in Montecito! We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage is adorable and so cozy, but the best part is the location: 5 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute walk to downtown Montecito! The best of both worlds!!

Summary: This property is so well maintained and so beautifully, simply decorated. It felt bigger than I was expecting-the bedroom has double doors leading in, a closet, giant dresser and shades on all the windows. The bed and the sofa are both very comfortable! The kitchen has a little stove under the microwave and the cutest little 2 door pantry full of dishes and cookware. The deck has very comfortable lounge chairs and a large table with 2 benches and a great big sun umbrella. We brought along an accordion style barrier to keep our dog upstairs but the yard seems very secure (other than the front gate latch needs to be adjusted). The front yard is separated from the back yard by a very secure gate at the side of the house. I had pictured upstairs and downstairs dog guests roaming freely but it’s so great the way it is separated. Both upstairs and downstairs guests access their unit through the front gate. The back yard is for downstairs guests only-it’s so well laid out. Easy walk to the beach or to Coast Village

Summary: Beautiful property and neighborhood. Upstairs unit has high ceilings w/ natural light pouring in from all the windows. Garden and trees surround the property so it is a lovely place both inside and out on the patio for conversations, study, work, sharing meals and resting.
