Summary: Pros: Excellent location. Very Clean. Responsive owners. Cons: Neighbors seem angry at VRBO located next door. They parked their truck right on the edge of the property's drive way with a sign on it that read parking for street residents only. (No city or official signs to back this up.) Kitchen essentials, pots, pans, dishes, storage items need refreshing.

Summary: The house was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation would be to provide some instructions on using the tvs. We ultimately figured it out but it took quite a bit of trial and error. We’re already talking about another trip to Charlotte and we hope to stay in this house again.

Summary: This was one of the few properties I’ve visited that exceeded expectations. Amazing location close to downtown. Comfortable beds and well appointed furniture. I highly recommend.

Summary: My friends and I came to Charlotte to celebrate a wedding. Our hosts were super communicative and let us know as soon as our booking was ready (as we'd requested an early check in). We were no more than 10 minutes to anywhere we needed to be for wedding festivities. There was enough space for us 6 adults to spend the weekend without being on top of each other and the home was beautiful! The ONLY complaints (out of their control) are 1. The lights outside 2 of the bedroom windows were motion censored. Because it was super windy, they flashed on and off a lot during the night. 2. The train ran through during both of our nights there and woke up a couple of the girls. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Awesome place for the Georgia Clemson Game! Very clean, cute and comfortable home in an awesome neighborhood close to the Bank of America Stadium! My family of 4 loved the home and the neighborhood!!! Made for a perfect football weekend especially with a UGA win! Definitely a perfect spot in Queen City!

Summary: This was a nice clean place very close to the city and comfortable for 4 people. However, we were planning on cooking one of the days but ended up eating out because the pots they have are old non-stick pans that were all scratched and peeling. We did not feel comfortable cooking in them. I think stainless steel pans would be much better. Also, we noticed that when filling up water bottles from the water dispenser on the fridge, it leaked on the bottom leaving a puddle of water we had to clean up. Other than that I thought the place was fine.

Summary: We could not have asked for a more pleasant place in Charlotte. The home was just that a home and not a house. We had everything that made us comfortable. Loved the outside terrace area for unwinding in the evening and our hosts were friendly and responsive. Thank you!
