Discover this modern three-bedroom family home nestled in a tranquil Cul-De-Sac, just a leisurely stroll down the alley to reach the beach in under 5 minutes! Conveniently positioned between Moonta Jetty and Port Hughes Jetty, it's an ideal retreat for families.
Unwind and savour the expansive open living room along with the contemporary, fully equipped kitchen. Gather for family meals at the spacious table accommodating up to 12 guests. Two reverse cycle air conditioners ensure your comfort year-round.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, and the third bedroom features a bunk bed (double bottom, single top) with space for a cot or air mattress (not provided).
We provide two linen options:
OPTION 1: Towels, bottom sheets, and pillows (with protectors and covers) at no extra cost.
OPTION 2: Quilts, quilt covers, and top sheets available for an additional $15 per bed. Please specify your preference during booking for adjustment in the final balance.
The family room comfortably accommodates two families, perfect for enjoying TV time or selecting from our collection of diverse DVDs for your entertainment.

Summary: We had a fantastic 7 day stay at the lovely holiday house. We were so impressed with the location, facilities provided, large lounge area and beautiful kitchen facilities. The fact that a washing machine is supplied, bbq and large pet friendly backyard was so appreciated and such a bonus. We would definitely recommend this holiday house!

Summary: Great property only thing i would say is there needs to be a better aerial for the lounge tv and dvd player in the lounge would be good to play the dvds in the lounge and railing to hold onto when going up and down front and rear steps but overall a wonderful place and loved our stay Thank you so much

Summary: Beautiful home, everything you could need, and walking distance to the beach. The only down side is that there is a grape vine (not pictured in the add) in the back yard. We travelled with our dog, grapes are deathly toxic to dogs, we spent majority of the time picking up grapes but he did end up eat one so we left a day earlier to get himImmediate medical care. After medical treatment his tests have come back with no long term effects but it was an expensive and quick end to our holiday. Beware of travelling with dogs, wouldn’t haven booked this house if the grape vine was pictured. If not travelling with dogs then I highly recommend this property.
