4 Bedroom House in Nelson Bay

4 MINUTE WALK TO TWO BEAUTIFUL BEACHES (one is dog friendly), both with kids play ground, public toilets and bbq areas. Enjoy the day at the beach accompanied by a perfect view for watching stunning sunsets go down on the horizon. Also just a 15minute walk right into the heart of Nelson Bay, where there are plenty of cafes, shops, supermarket, night life and the D'albora Marina! There are many activities such as parasailing, dolphin watching, whale watching, game fishing, scuba diving, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding all departing from the Marina.
This house is in the most central location in Port Stephens a short 3 minute drive to d'Albora Marina Nelson Bay, 5 minute drive to the main shopping centre at Salamander Bay, a 7minute drive to walk up the famous Tomaree Mountain in Shoal Bay or a 12 minute drive to the scenic Burubi beach and sand dunes! While you're at the sand dunes why not go for a Camel or horse ride? It's a great experience!
The house has 2 x 4k 50/55inch smart TV's with Xbox one and games, NBN Internet, Table Tennis Table, comfortable couches, fully equipped kitchen incuding complimentary tea/ coffee, sauces, baking paper, foil, clingwrap etc. big back yard.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge room and balcony.
Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one room has two bunk beds - one of the bunk beds has a double mattress on the bottom bunk.
Then downstairs is a spacious open studio style room with a queen bed and fold out queen mattress sofa bed, bathroom/laundry, 4k tv, Xbox and table tennis table.
So in total there are 3 × queen beds, 2 × bunk beds; one with double bed on the bottom which is (3 × single and 1 × double) and a fold out queen bed in the downstairs lounge.
(4x queen, 1x double, 3x single beds)
ALL LINEN AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED! And body wash, shampoo/conditioner. Just not beach towels.
Air-con system upstairs! + fans in all bedrooms and downstairs + heaters and extra blankets and spare fans.
Big balcony for you to relax on while gazing at the lush greenery all around. Listen to the many beautiful birds during the day particularly in the morning and dusk.
Bathroom has a spa bath! Huge flat fenced backyard, perfect for kids, pets and an outdoor BBQ to enjoy lunch or dinner.

-Full access to everything in the house, including kitchen cupboards & bedroom wardrobes.
-Only the garage will be off limits, it will be locked and secured.

A quiet street that has very little traffic, yet only minutes from nelson bay CBD.
Way to get around:
Bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house, taxi, uber, drive or walk!

- If you are bringing your pet please notify us when booking
- No pets inside!
- Strictly No parties
- No loud noise after 9pm
- No Smoking Inside -> Outside is allowed!
- No incense burned
- No access to garage, sorry!
- Plenty of parking available in the driveway, on the road and in the cul-de-sac
- Please clean BBQ after use
- Please leave the house as you found it upon arrival and dishes washed and put away!
- Strict 10am check-out time unless owners have confirmed with that you can have a later check-out.

Summary: Host was super responsive and clear with check in instructions. Property was exactly as described, had plenty of cooking utensils for a proper meal. A lovely holiday home and would recommend for big groups, plenty of space for all 7 of us

Summary: The place was clean and very tidy, but when we arrived no water as it had been off due to leek but owner very prompt with getting back to us. The home needs updating especially the kitchen and bathroom upstairs. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable but as a family getaway I guess it passes. I'm just used to a little more comfort and I did not think the pictures gave the right impression.

Summary: The house is unexpectedly beautiful and clean with mostly everything provided in the kitchen to the bathroom needs ( shampoo, soap and towels and toilet paper). There is lots of room for our group of 11 with children. Location is accessible and close to beach, shops, church and other amenities.
