Summary: Very nice, big & clean rental. Plenty of beds & bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable & clean. Everything in house is new & modern. Easy walking distance to baseball stadium & downtown bar area. We had a rental car, and we were able to park 2 cars in the garage. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but inside the house you feel 100% safe. The rooftop patio was our favorite part of the house (With BBQ & Spa). Hosts are gracious. I have been to Denver twice now, and would choose this rental again.

Summary: Lovely house and hosts were super helpful & communicative. Tons of space and easy to get to many downtown spots. Yes it is across from a church/shelter, but we never had any issues. Hosts have a keylock system so you feel secure, and you can always go out the back!
