Summary: There was 5 of us so we had plenty of space. The home was clean, easy to access, stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils. Each room had its own bathroom which we loved! The house stayed cool - big plus since it’s July. The reason for choosing this place was because it is walking distance to the beach. It was hot and rained on and off so we drove most days. The beach was a little further than I thought but the walk wasn’t difficult so it’s not necessary to rent a car. There are smart tv’s in all of the rooms. I did bring a Firestick from home since I was signed in to everything but the TV’s were mounted so I didn’t bother. We didn’t watch much tv anyways. Most other rentals in the area provided beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler but this one did not. They did provide info on where to rent these items which was helpful. One thing the house did have was plenty of beach towels! Dish liquid, enough tissue for 5 days in all the bathrooms, laundry pods, dish pods, and one roll of paper towel was provided and we were thankful for that. The only thing I didn’t like was upon entering the house it had a weird smell. The hallway floor leading to the bedrooms seemed to be uneven in some places but it was nothing to put you in danger or to make me take a star off from the rating. I liked that we could request for the cameras to be turned off as well. We were able to check in early and check out late so thank you! Overall, the place was great and I would recommend it!

Summary: we were 3,5 blocks to the beach, the neighborhood was awesome, luxury houses close and a kids park in front of us, the house looks brand new with everything that we needed, they didn't sting laundry and cleaning stuff like other hosts. I would stay again ofcourse, recommended 100%!.

Summary: Had a company trip and rented out two of their homes to accommodate our large crowd. The house is amazing, very clean. The house looks just like in the pictures. Had plenty of room to accommodate everyone. We had a company cook out one evening and everyone had a great time. The kitchen is very large and it is great for gatherings loved the tile work and the bathrooms. We definitely want to come back and stay there. I highly recommend anyone considering this property to stay and have a great time.
