Positive: Great location close to the train station and bus stop for Alishan buses.

Negative: The female dorm had no actual fresh air flow (all windows sealed shut) with just an air con machine churning the stale air around. In the morning the room was stuffy and stunk. Not a pleasant environment to wake up to. Also bathrooms could have been cleaner.
