Positive: Friendly staff, explained everything. Well equipped and good location

Negative: Walls are thin, you can hear people chatting, water flowing. Bed might have bugs because i woke up with 5 bites on my legs

Positive: It is a really nice place. It is very clean and the staff is really kind and always willing to help you even though when I did check-out. The facilities are interesting and the capsules provide a comfortable blanket and a pillow and privacy. Inside of them you can connect usb, control lights and air. Also, location is quite strategic if you want to explore the city.

Positive: Receptionist was very gracious, gave clear instructions, and responded well to my questions despite communication barrier.

Negative: Getting from the TRA station to the property was quite a challenge due to the ongoing construction.
