Double French Doors open onto a little unpaved private road featuring your own outdoor sitting area for relaxing with a good book and your favorite beverage or dining al fresco next to a little flower garden. Our neighbors on both sides also supply lovely flower gardens - so good of them! This unit has a small kitchenette, the bath features a tiled shower, a queen bed as well as a fold out sleeper couch if needed.

Summary: We loved the proximity of the apartment to all the restaurants and shops. Also very easy drive to Leland and all of the area wineries. Nice secluded area off the alley behind the st Mary’s street. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Everything about the property was exactly what we hoped for for our weekend in Suttons Bay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the beach and downtown shopping. The studio is just the right size for a single or couple. The queen bed was wonderfully comfortable, dressed with nice linens. The kitchen appointed with everything we needed to have breakfast or dinner at the cafe table in the corner. Plenty of hot water in the nicely remodeled bath, and fluffy cotton towels. Parking is right outside the door. Room for 2 small cars, and still large enough for our full sized van. We would have loved to take advantage of the inviting outdoor seating area surrounded by flowers, but it was just too hot out. So pretty to look at though! I want to take a moment to address a previous review that said there was mold. There is NO MOLD. For the 25% of the population that carries the HLA-DR gene variance (like me), this is critical info! I brought my portable ozone machine with me (just in case), but did not need it. The room was clean and fresh, with not even a hint of mold. (and trust me when I tell you, as a mold survivor, I have a nose like an ant eater. ;-) ) So, book with confidence, knowing you will find only a clean, fresh studio awaiting your arrival! All in all, it was a delightful stay! We are already looking forward to returning next year. :-)
