Summary: A lot of construction work in the area! But other than that - nice hotel and very nice staff! But … one thing we didn’t like at all: The big dining hall needs a makeover - outside and inside!!! This is not Waldorf - 5 Star standard! Also the food, especially in the evening - was overcooked, loveless garnished and served! It remembered more of a school lunch hall than a five star hotel!

Summary: The hotel is really beautiful - spacious and rooms are massive. However for a 5* hotel the food options weren’t great - I would have expected more for the lunch/poolside menus, and also there was a lack of poolside service. Had to wait ages to get someone to come and take our drinks/food order and then wait another 45mins for it. The service at breakfast was also quite slow - could take more than 30min to get a black coffee. It’s definitely a good resort and quieter - pool is great fun for kids - but there were a few small things like service and food that could definitely be improved.

Summary: Luxurious and family friendly. Rooms are spacious and palatial with gorgeous patio. Also very quiet it was my grand daughter’s birthday and they made it special for her. Children get to check in, get a passport and collect stamps during their stay. The kids club is amazing. She wanted to go every day and the staff were so kind Ample lifeguards constantly watching and keeping everyone safe. Food was excellent. Will definitely be returning
