Summary: We had the best experience with high class service all around. This hotel has some amazing views of the red sea. The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel. The hospitality was great and the whole concierge team are very friendly, professional and very welcoming. It gives me great pleasure to mention the names and give special thanks to some of the concierge team who made our stay very special, my personal concierge Shahadat Hussein who made sure our stay was as comfortable at it was and thanks to Mohamed Hussein and Hassan who were the politest door men I have met at any hotel, they were very welcoming, friendly and happy to offer any kind of help. And many thanks to the receptionists and the whole team who made our stay memorable. This was actually the first part of our honeymoon and I am so proud to have chosen this hotel.
