Summary: Worst service in pool area and roof top bar/Restaurant pool area only 1 guy working no service it took over 45 min to get towels and almost 2 hours to get a drink. Valet was the same way it took over 35 min to get my car

Summary: Pool service was horrible 45-60 guest and 1 server for entire pool area. Oscar was the only one working no help he was completely alone. I waited over 45 min for towels and almost two hours to get a drink. A hotel with this caliber should have plenty of staff when guest go there to relax and enjoy the pool. Valet parking took forever waited 35 min for my car. Not happy to expansive and quality of service horrible
